About the service

Building Construction

Building Construction concerns new building areas and defined construction packages, rather than refreshing the finishes of an existing room. Share the intended use, site location and approved drawings or specifications already available so the proposed work can be reviewed.

The discussion can cover masonry and blockwork packages, wall preparation, specified construction materials, site access and the sequence of agreed works. Work is included only after its feasibility, responsibilities and limits are confirmed in the project scope.

This page does not offer architectural design, structural engineering or approval services. Foundations, structural frames, load-bearing changes and specialist building systems require their own approved specification and confirmation of appropriately qualified parties before any such work is included.

For repairs, refurbishment and surface finishes in an existing property, review the separate Renovation & Finishing service. Send your site information and available project documents to discuss the construction work you need.

Decor World Hub welcomes building construction enquiries from across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah, Madinah and other cities throughout the Kingdom. Share the project location, approved drawings and required construction package so site access, feasibility, responsibilities and the agreed scope can be reviewed before work is accepted.

Frequently asked questions

What should I provide for a construction enquiry?

Share the location, intended use, available approved drawings or specifications and the construction package you want reviewed. If documents are missing, say so; an enquiry does not confirm that the work can proceed.

Does this service include architectural or structural design?

Design, structural engineering and approvals are not included by default. Any work depending on them needs the appropriate documents and qualified parties to be confirmed separately.

Are foundations or load-bearing works automatically included?

No. These require an approved engineering specification and a separate review of the contractor responsibilities and suitability. They must be explicitly confirmed in the agreed scope.

How does this differ from Renovation & Finishing?

Building Construction addresses new building areas or defined construction packages. Renovation & Finishing addresses repairs, refurbishment and agreed finishes in existing spaces.

Do you undertake building construction projects outside Riyadh?

Yes. Our contracting team can execute projects throughout Saudi Arabia, subject to project assessment, required documentation, applicable approvals and an agreed scope.

How are construction quotations prepared?

We review available approved drawings, site conditions, required quantities, materials and project exclusions before defining the proposed scope and preparing a quotation.
