General Contracting

General Contracting at Decor World Hub brings together construction work, specialist trades and finishing activities under a coordinated project scope. We discuss projects involving villas, residential properties, offices, commercial spaces and other facilities across Saudi Arabia.

Depending on project requirements, the agreed work may include masonry and blockwork, site preparation, steel fabrication, partitions, roofing, electrical and plumbing coordination, gypsum board, painting, tiling, glass installation, cladding and interior finishing. Materials, responsibilities, sequencing and exclusions are reviewed before execution.

Each project begins with a review of available drawings, site conditions, work requirements and access arrangements. The scope, materials and responsibilities must be agreed before work is accepted. Architectural design, structural engineering and regulatory approvals are not automatically included; work requiring them is subject to the necessary documentation and appropriately qualified parties.
